Cancellations Due to Weather

- Total Refund: Issued if rescheduling is not an option
- Rescheduling: Transfer your charter to a forthcoming accessible date without additional cost
- Charter Credit: Issued, valid for one year from the original booking date
Assessment of Weather Conditions
Our approach to assessing weather includes:
- Analysis of wind velocity and bearing
- Checking sea states and wave height
- Evaluating predictions for visibility and precipitation
- Heeding Coast Guard bulletins and alerts
- Assessment of safety by our professional captain
Timeline for Decision: Determinations regarding weather-related cancellations are concluded not later than 4 hours ahead of the planned departure.

- Abrupt illness or accident necessitating hospital care
- Fatality within the immediate family

- Substitute Vessel: We will seek to provide a reasonable alternative
- Complete Refund: Should no adequate substitution be attainable
- Partial Reimbursement: In the case where the alternative vessel is differently priced

Lack of Crew Availability
In the rare instance where a qualified crew is not obtainable:

Charter credits are sometimes given as an alternate to monetary refunds under specific circumstances:

- Voluntary rescheduling by customer request

Conditions of Credit
- Effectiveness: Credits are active for a year from the date of issue
- Transfer Restrictions: Credits cannot be passed on to another party
- Amount: Equal to the full charter value, excluding any service fees
- Application: Applicable towards any accessible charter services
- Non-Extension: There will be no prolonging past the 12 months period
Refunds for Partial Services

- Refunds are conducted in € even if the initial payment was made in a different currency
