Our services are offered based on availability and subject to meteorological conditions. We retain the right to alter or cancel services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When you arrange a charter, you must:

  • Have reached the age of majority, at least 18 years old
  • Supply accurate and up-to-date information
  • Pay the stipulated advance fee as indicated in your booking acknowledgement
  • Consent to be bound by these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only after we have received payment and provided you with our written confirmation. We reserve the prerogative to deny service to anyone at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter reservations are contingent on the availability of the yacht and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to satisfy your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All charges are quoted in € and cover all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are susceptible to change without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Payment: 50% of the overall charter fee is required when you book
  • Final Payment: To be paid 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Incidental costs (if any): Payable upon charter conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment options including major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and bank-certified checks. Payment processing is managed using secure, encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancellation occurs over 72 hours before departure: Entire amount refunded less any processing fees
  • If cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before departure: No refund granted

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Move your booking to an alternative date without additional charges
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be any mechanical failure with the appointed vessel, we will try to offer an appropriate substitute. If this is not possible, we shall issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

  • Adhere to instructions from the crew
  • Use the supplied safety gear when necessitated
  • Inform us of any health conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are forbidden on the yacht:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illicit substances
  • Guns or other weapons
  • Unapproved pets (unless prior agreement is obtained)

6.3 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is considerate and respectful. Should a guest's conduct present a safety hazard or negatively affect others' experience, we reserve the right to end the charter prematurely without issuing a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our financial responsibility is confined to the cost of your charter fee. Our responsibilities do not extend to:

  • Bodily harm caused by guest negligence
  • Theft or destruction of personal items
  • Incidental, collateral, or disciplinary damages
  • Postponements due to weather or conditions outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We keep comprehensive maritime insurance for our watercraft and operations. Clients are suggested to procure their own trip and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Participation in our charter offerings signifies your recognition of the innate hazards associated with marine endeavors and you accept full accountability for your own safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the authority to alter itineraries, courses, or timings owing to meteorological circumstances, safety considerations, or operational needs. We will strive to ensure comparable substitute experiences wherever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

Delays, cancellations, or adjustments caused by forces beyond our control, such as but not limited to:

  • Severe meteorological phenomena
  • Natural calamities
  • Governmental edicts
  • Port restrictions
  • Mechanical breakdowns
